Again in July, Enterprise Insider reported that Elon welcomed twins with Neuralink govt Shivon Zilis in November 2021, citing court docket paperwork. Neither Elon nor Shivon instantly confirmed the information to the general public, however he did seemingly weigh in on the matter the next day.
